Everyone will leave from camp on Sunday, January 27th at 11 AM

Camp Checklist:
- Printed copy of both Drivers License and Medical Card
- Bible, Pen/Pencil, Notepad
- Sleeping bag or blanket
- Bags are limited, one carry-on (approx. 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches) and one personal item.
- Clothing: appropriate and warm clothing (note: there will possibly be snow), winter boots, beanies, gloves, swimwear (optional, for sauna), etc.
- Hygiene Essentials: toothbrush, toothpaste, Chap Stick, shampoo, deodorant, comb, and a towel.
- Other Items: money, camera, trash bags for (wet/dirty laundry)
- Bring appropriate clothing for church services
Camp Rules
1. CAMP ATTIRE
Clothing worn at the retreat shall be in accordance with modest Christian attire. No one is to wear open-back t-shirts, crop tops, net/sheer or sleeveless t-shirts, leggings or clothing advertising non-Christian themes. Skirts must also be modest and of knee length. Male individuals are to wear t-shirts at all times. The retreat center director and staff can and will decide if the clothing is appropriate. Individuals will be asked to change his or her clothes if they are deemed inappropriate.
2. LABELING
Please label all your belongings (Ex: suitcases, clothing, blankets, sleeping bags, carrying bags, jewelry, etc.) for ID purposes. Each individual is to take personal responsibility for all of his or her belongings. Bethany Youth will take no responsibility for any lost, stolen or broken items.
3. DISCIPLINE
You must follow all rules and regulations to remain at Bethany Winter Retreat. Conduct and speech exhibited at the retreat must be in accordance with Christian principles. No disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Failure to adhere by the rules will resolve in immediate disciplinary action. All rules will be enforced and are to be obeyed. Punishments will vary and will be left to the discretion of the staff and security team.
4. REGULATIONS
No individual is permitted to leave the retreat center without the permission from the head staff and security. If there is an emergency, you must speak with the retreat center coordinator.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
In order to provide a safe camping experience, Bethany Youth reserves the right to search all vehicles and personal belongings at anytime during the duration of the trip, without being questioned for their motives.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to DRUG, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREWORKS, KNIVES and any other WEAPONS. “If in doubt, don’t take it with you.” If you bring any of these items into the center, you will be EXPELLED from the retreat and will not be allowed back in. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
Note: All cars will be searched before they enter into the retreat center premises.
